Questions
What does the shorthand form mean?
A three-digit HEX code expands by doubling each digit — `#f0c` is exactly `#ff00cc`. This tool accepts both, with or without the leading hash.
What about eight-digit HEX codes?
The last two digits are alpha — opacity from 00 to FF. They are supported here and surface as the fourth value in the RGBA output.
