Questions
Are my images uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything runs in your browser using the Canvas API — the file never leaves your machine, and the tool keeps working if you go offline after the page loads. There is no account, no queue, and no server-side copy to delete later.
Is blurring safe for hiding sensitive information?
Not reliably, and this matters. Light blurs on text have been reversed before, and pixelation is worse — both are mathematically invertible when the underlying content is predictable, like a credit-card number. To redact properly, draw a solid opaque block over it, or crop it out entirely.
